Common questions

I didn't get my sign-in code. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Aura Type. Codes expire after a short time, so tap "Send a new code" to get a fresh one.

I don't know my birth time. Choose "Don't know it?" and we'll use 12:00 PM (noon). Some parts of your chart depend on the exact time, so they may change once you add it. You can update your birth details in Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription? On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Aura Type. On the web, email us and we'll cancel it for you.

How do I delete my account? Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account and data within 30 days.
